My Hero Academia Season 2 to Air in Spring. New PV & Visual Released.

Kōhei Horikoshi’s manga My Hero Academia is set to premiere with its second season in April 2017. The new season was initially announced in the 30th issue of the Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine in June this year. Season 1 was originally streamed by Funimation in the Spring season with a total of 13 episodes.

So far the second season has unveiled a new PV and key visual illustrated by animation and character designer Yoshihiko Umakoshi.

The new PV has confirmed a return of season 1 director Kenji Nagasaki, script writer  Yousuke Kuroda, music composer Yuuki Hayashi and animation studio BONES. My Hero Academia Season 2 will cover the U.A festival arc from the manga.
